1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is 70-90°C, as temperatures that are too high can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because there are no hair cuticles to maintain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Wig Wearing Steps: a. Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Keep the wig in place.

6. Put shampoo in cold or warm water.
7. Soak the wig for 1-3 minutes.
8. Rinse with water.
9. Dry with a towel.

10. Gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then let it dry naturally.

11. Shedding and Tangle Issue:

12. All wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal.
13. Use a wide-tooth comb to remove the hair, combing from the ends to the roots.

14. This will prevent the wig fibers from shedding and tangling further. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb using your fingers.)

15. Hairstyle and Color Issue:

16. All wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may slightly differ from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig based on your needs.
17. Colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We do our best to accurately represent the colors on all our products.
