The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is between 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as the hair cuticle is absent, preventing the color from lasting for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, apply shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to air dry.

Some shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to remove the hair from the end to the root, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle.

The hairstyle of our wigs may vary slightly from batch to batch, as they are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. The color may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to extrusion during packaging or transport, the wig may be out of shape when you receive it. Simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be the same as in the picture.

The wig is approximately 12 inches/30 cm in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is approximately 20-21 inches/51-53 cm, with a normal error of 1-2 cm. The package includes one wig.
